Mr Lukin joined MidOcean Energy in 2025 as Vice President, LNG Marketing and Commercial for the Pacific Basin. Mr Lukin was previously Vice President, LNG Marketing at Mexico Pacific responsible for originating and executing long term LNG sale and purchase agreements, successfully contracting three trains of binding capacity for its anchor project.  

Prior to joining Mexico Pacific, Tim spent in excess of 10 years in LNG Marketing roles working with some of the largest LNG buyers globally across both Gladstone LNG in Australia and Papua New Guinea LNG based out of Singapore.

Prior to joining the LNG industry, Mr Lukin spent 7 years in Corporate and Investment Banking focusing on debt structuring and private equity investment in the mid market.

Mr Lukin graduated from Griffith University with a First Class Honours degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting and Applied Finance.
