Warren Handley joined MidOcean Energy in 2025 as Vice President of Joint Ventures. Mr. Handley brings 20 years of commercial and operational leadership across LNG, upstream, and petrochemicals, with a proven record of originating and executing transactions ranging from $100M to $2B+. At Shell, he structured and negotiated long-term commercial frameworks for LNG Canada’s $40B multi-party joint venture and led commercial strategy for a $6B brownfield LNG expansion in Russia. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Handley held progressive roles spanning deal origination, supply chain management, and project delivery across Africa, North America, and Eurasia, consistently translating investor theses into value creation and disciplined capital deployment.
